Processing times for made to order hoops are approximate and depend on current order load and specifics of your order so please get in touch for a more accurate estimate:
Bare hoops: 2-3 business days
Taped hoops: 3-4 business days
Reflective hoops: 3-5 business days
Standard Post Domestic: 3-7 business days
Express Post Domestic: 1-3 business days
Standard Post International: 2-4 weeks
Express Post International: 5-10 days
Please note I have no control over actual shipping times once I have lodged the parcel with Australia Post. Actual transit times have fluctuated greatly over the past 18 months due to Covid-19 related restrictions and delays.
Below is our Returns Policy. Sales via this website are governed by it. If you would like to Return or Exchange an item, please contact us.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom orders may not be returned for change of mind.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However if we issue a refund, it will include the original shipping cost.
All hoops come with a 12 month warranty on manufacturing, not including wear and tear or misuse. Please follow the Hoop Care Instructions that come with your parcel and get in touch with any issues or questions.
Honest reviews and feedback are important in ensuring customers are getting a quality product and communicating this to others. Customers will receive a follow up email from a third party inviting them to review their purchase from Mermaid Hooping. Leaving a review is completely voluntary and are not compensated in any way.
Completing a purchase through the website is done with acceptance of these terms and conditions including consent to be contacted with a request to complete a review.
